ORDER

The complaint is posted for hearing regarding admission of this complaint filed by the insured who has admittedly assigned his policy in favour of one M.N. Ravishankar for consideration and as he did not retain any interest in the policy. When this question was put to the counsel representing the complainant, he took time to make a submission but has not turned up, therefore the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution at this stage.
