Both the fora below have returned the finding that the complaint out of which the revision petition arises, was not maintainable as another Complaint Case No.198/2006 filed on similar allegations was allowed by the District Forum by the order dated 11.1.2007 and the same was duly complied with by the respondent. Having heard petitioner and also having considered that findings, we are not inclined to interfere with the order of State Commission in revisional jurisdiction filed under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
