Order:-
1. Smt. Palak placed on record Death Certificate showing death of her mother Late Smt. Ram Lubhai (since deceased) wife of Late Shri Tirlok Chand on 10.6.2022 and she suffered statement stating she is the sole legal heir of her deceased mother Late Smt. Ram Lubhai and does not want to prosecute this complaint as complainant No.3 had been expired.
2. In view of statement of Smt. Palak, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, qua, complainant No.3.
3. So far, complainants No.1 & 2 are concerned, none of the complainants were present on their behalf on 23.1.2024, and thereafter on 19.4.2024 as well as on today. This is complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Hence, complaint qua respondents No.1 & 2 is dismissed on account of default in appearance.
