Order dt.29/11/1994 Complainant is absent. Respondent is present. Respondent says that though they informed the complainant to be present, she is not present and that the matter may be closed as the same is settled as reported on the last hearing date. In view of the absence of the complainant and in view of the submission made by the respondent it is taken that the matter is settled and hence the complainant remained absent.
