ORDER

Both parties called out, absent. Wife of the complainant present and files a memo signed by the complainant, praying for permission to withdraw the complaint on the ground that, the opponent has paid the amount claimed in the complaint. Administrative Officer of the opponent also present along with his advocate and stated no objections to give permission to the complainant to withdraw the complaint as prayed for in the memo. Hence, the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint as settled out of Court and the file closed.
