ORDER

          No one appears for the petitioner.  Even then, we have examined the orders passed by the fora below.  Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the orders passed by the fora below, holding the complaint to be hopelessly time barred because the repudiation of the claim was made by the respondent-Insurance Corporation as far back as in the year 2001 and the complaint was filed only in the year 2005 i.e. after a lapse of four years without any application for condonation of delay, do not warrant any interference by this Commission.  The revision petition as such is dismissed.
