     The learned counsel for JD No.1 has tendered a copy of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh in Appeal No.209 of 2023, which indicates that appeal filed by LIC of India Ltd./OP has been accepted and the impugned order of this Commission has been set aside. Accordingly, the present execution application is not maintainable and the same is dismissed being infructuous.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
