ORDER

Counsel for the complainant and opposite party have filed a joint memo which is also signed by respective parties reporting to have arrived at a settlement, in which the opposite party has agreed to pay Rs.1,50,000/- towards full satisfaction of the claim of the complainant, for which the complainant has consented and thereby both prayed for dismissal of the complaint. In view of the above, we pass the following order. ORDER 1. Complaint is dismissed as settled out of the Forum. 2. Parties to bear their own costs. 3. Give a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules.
