ORDER

This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to recover the amount of Rs.25,000/- being the insurance policy amount together with all other legally admissible benefits from the 1st respondent. Further the 1st respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant together with all the legally admissable benefits under law, reporting the above policy. Further the 1st respondent shall pay Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings to the complainant apart from bearing its own costs in this proceedings. This complaint as against the respondents 2 and 3 stands dismissed. The respondents 2 and 3 shall bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
