Counsel for the petitioner has not been appearing for the last many dates of hearing.  On the last date of hearing, i.e., 09.11.2010 also counsel for the petitioner was not present.  A FAX message was received from Mr. Subodh Chansoriya, counsel for the petitioner seeking a short adjournment.  The case was adjourned for today.
