ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- The repudiation under the two policies by O.P.s is held as just and proper. O.P.s are directed to pay an amount of Rs.58,300/- to the complainant within two months from the date of receipt of this order with cost of Rs.1000/- failing which complainant would be entitled to receive further interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from such date till the payment.
