ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to claim Rs.700/- from respondant-1. Respondant-1 shall pay the amount of Rs.500/- as compensation to the complainant for the mental and physical agony that he has suffered and Rs.200/- towards the costs of this proceedings within thirty days from the date of this order provided respondant-1 does not prefer an appeal and does not obtain stay order staying the operation of this judgement order stayed, during the pendency of the such appeal. Both respondants shall bear their own costs. The complaint against respondant-2 is dismissed. Send the certified copies of this order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
