File taken up today in the National Lok Adalat on the application moved by complainant alongwith his counsel wherein complainant himself appearing in person before the Commission tendered a statement that OP-Insurance Company has disbursed a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- vide cheque No.072134 dated 10.11.2022 after filing of the present complaint with which I am satisfied and he also tendered photocopy of the cheque as well as receipt which are taken on record as Annexure “A” and Annexure “B” respectively and requested for disposing of the complaint.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by complainant duly identified by his counsel, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
