C.C. 38/2009 --2— ORDER Sri D. Chiranjeevi Babu, President. The counsel for Opposite Parties filed compromise memo stating that he is compromised with the complainant for an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards full and final settlement of this C.C. and he also filed Cheque for Rs.50,000/- along with compromise memo and the signature of Complainant’s Advocate, it shows that the Opposite parties compromised with complainant for Rs.50,000/-. Since the complainant and his counsel compromised with Opposite parties for an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards full and final settlement of this C.C, we have no hesitation to close this C.C.
