                Today, the case is fixed for evidence of complainant, subject to last opportunity.  However, Ld. Counsel for the complainants made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains due towards the Ops.  So, he withdraws the present complaint.  In view of statement of ld. Counsel for the complainants, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
