Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the complainant and opposite parties No. 1 and 3 and at this stage, I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file complaint against opposite party No. 2. In view of this, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint against the opposite party No. 2, if any, as per law. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
