   Sh.Satinder Pal Singh, complainant got recorded his statement withdrawing the present complaint due to technical defects  with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate court/Forum having jurisdiction after removing technical defects.  Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate court/Forum having jurisdiction after removing technical defects.
