ORDER

The complaint is allowed. O.P.1 is directed to return the documents either to Banker of the complainant that S.B.I. or complainant failing which he shall pay Rs.1,000/- per month from the date of this order till the date of return of documents. O.P. is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- towards mental agony and monitory loss to the complainant within 45 days from the date of this order failing which he shall pay interest at 10% pa from the date of this order till payment. O.P. is directed to remit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Legal Aid Account of this Forum within 45 days from the date of this order failing which he shall pay interest at 10% pa from the date of this order till payment. The O.P. is also directed to pay Rs.1,000/- being the cost of this complaint. Give a copy of this order to both the parties according to Rules.
