Even at the second pass over, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.  Orders passed by the District Forum dismissing complaint and State Commission dismissing appeal against the Forum’s order would show that the fora below had not found the respondent/opposite party-LIC Housing finance Limited deficient in service on any of the three counts.  In view of this concurrent finding of fact, we are not inclined to interfere with

the orders passed by fora below in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Revision petition is, therefore, dismissed.
