This is a complaint presented by the complainant against the O.P. for a direction to O.P. to return the Katha Certificates on the ground that despite discharge of entire loan due to the O.P. O.P. has not returned the Katha document and sought for relief. Heard the complainant regarding admission. It is not his case that he cannot get another katha certificate and endorsement from Mysore Development Authority who maintain the katha of the property in question on payment of nominal prescribed fee. For such an Act the complainant in our view cannot come up this complaint. hence, the complainant can obtain the katha certificate from MUDA as such the complailnt for taht purpose is sustainable. Hence, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission.
