2.                Mr. Deepak Sahni, learned counsel for the complainants has suffered a statement that as per the instruction of the complainants, he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint because the matter has been settled between the parties. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint.His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Deepak Sahni, learnedcounsel for the complainants, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

 

4.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
