                        In compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 28.1.2010 passed in FA No.24 of 2010, the OP deposited Rs.29,000/- vide draft dated 1.2.2010 and Rs.6400/- vide draft dated 8.2.2010 with this Forum. Today counsel for OP has submitted draft of Rs.700/- dated 18.2.10 in the name of President, Distt. Forum, U.T. Chandigarh. The draft of Rs.700/- be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. Complainant be intimated about depositing the amount by issuing a notice. The file be consigned.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
