The complainant, Sri Biren Ch  Kalita   is present  in person.  Ld. advocate   Mr Mahendra Kumar Jain  appears   for the   complainant.   The opp.  parties  are   represented   by   Ms Manna Bhattacharjee . Ld. advocate Mr  Abhisekh  Kundu  appears   for the    opp. parties  . Both  sides   by a   joint petition vide   petition no-  1080/16   file   the  compromise   and pray  for   disposing   of the  complaint  on   compromise   with a   award of Rs.50,000/-  as   final  payment   against   the claim.   Both   parties   are  heard   personally   and their   ld.  counsels   are also   heard  . Accordingly,   petition no- 1080/16   is allowed   and  the   complaint is  allowed  on compromise   with a   direction   to  the  opp. parties   to pay   Rs.50,000/-  to the   complainant   as final   payment   against  the   claim of  the   complainant   within  60 days , in default, it shall   carry   interest @12%  p.a. The case  stands  finally   disposed  of.

Copy  of this    order   be furnished   to both   the parties.
