-: ORDER:-

The complainant has made this complaint seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay Rs.35,000/- making certain allegations.

The opposite parties appeared through their counsel and on 20.01.2012 tendered cheque for Rs.28,460/- and another cheque for Rs.4,068/- to the complainant.  Today the opposite parties had given another cheque for Rs.1,193/- to the complainant.  Now the complainant submits that the entire amount claimed is satisfied.  In view of the above we pass the following:-

 

 

ORDER

1.         The entire complaint is satisfied, hence the complaint is disposed off. 

2.         Return the extra sets to the concerned as under Regulation 20(3) of the Consumer’s Protection Regulation 2005.

3.         Send a copy of this order to both parties free of costs, immediately.
