The record is put up at the instant case of the Complainant.

Both parties filed Ld. Advocate hazira.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of the both parties.

The record shows that the case was already been settle up amicably on 15/12/2020 Order No. 13.

The OP files a cheque being No. 235474 amounting to Rs. 1, 00000/ (One Lacks Only) dated 13/01/2021 as per Forums/Commission order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 20/01/2021 filed by the Complainant for withdraw the cheque No. 235474 amounting to Rs. 1,00000/ (One Lacks) dated 13/01/2021 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same is allowed.

The cheque is received by the complainant on full satisfaction.
