On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance by the complainant was entered into on 14.1.2020 that is almost more than two years ago and thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Matter is still at evidence stage. Quoram cannot inclines to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
