Present:       Sh.M.S.Sethi, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.R.K.Bhandari, Advocate for OP.

 

                   No evidence of complainant is present. Rather, Sh.M.S.Sethi, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties, as the OP has given the cheque of Rs.10,000/- plus Rs.5000/- as compensation. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present stands dismissed as compromised. File be consigned to record room.
