                     Arguments heard. It is stated by counsel for the complainant that he has been told by OP that his claim has been closed due to non submitting of requisite documents with the OP, whereas complainant has stated that he had already deposited the requisite documents with the OP, whereas OP has categorically stated that despite repeated letters dt.02.02.2016 and oral request claimant has failed to deposit the requisite documents and therefore they had no other option but to close the claim of the claimant and drawn our attention on the docments as mentioned in letter dt.02.02.2016.

       The controversy in this case is relating to as to whether complainant had deposited the requisite documents as mentioned in letter dt.02.02.2016. Complainant has failed to show any receipt or other proof by which he has deposited the requisite documents with the OP. Therefore, in these circumstances it would be appropriate if the present complaint is disposed off with direction that complainant shall deposit the requisite documents in compliance of letter dt.02.02.2016 Annexure C13 with the OP within 15 days from today and on receipt of the said documents OP shall decide the claim bearing number 40050120115110205201 of the claimant within one month. It is ordered accordingly. With this observation the complaint of the complainant disposed off, with direction that if complainant is not satisified with the decision taken by the OP he would be at liberty to take necessary steps as per law. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
