Notice served to the Ld. counsel for the opposite parties No. 2 and 3,

Today Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 has made the following statement

“Stated that the opposite party No. 1 agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,00,000 + Rs. 3,00,000 in total Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rs. Eight Lacs only) of policies in question of present complaint subject to deposit of bank detail of account, Adhar Card and Pan Card of complainant Gurdeep Kaur for making the payment in the account of complainant directly through NEFT. I also agreed that the opposite party No. 1 will make the payment within one month on deposit of above documents.”

          Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have heard the above said statement of Oppotie party No. 1 and I on behalf of complainant accepted the offer given by the opposite party No. 1 and I have supplied the copy bank detail of account, Adhar Card and Pan Card of complainant Gurdeep Kaur to the Ld. counsel for the opposite party No. 1 today in the Court. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same.”

          In view of ibid statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are directed to bound by their statements. The opposite party No. 1 is directed to make the payment of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rs. Eight Lacs only) within one month from today, failing which the present complaint is deemed to be accepted and the complainant will be at liberty to approach this Forum for recovery of said amount in execution. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
