Photocopy of order of Hon’ble State Commission dated 19.03.2023 filed. According to which matter has been settled between the parties. The JD had deposited FDR of Rs.3,84,452/- before this Commission. DH submits that same may be released in view of order of Hon’ble State Commission.

Heard. As per order of Hon’ble State Commission parties have settled their dispute, therefore FDR lying with this Commission shall be released as per rules with interest to DH and photocopy be retained.
