ORDER

As per office report, record of the District Forum has been received.

                   Whatever claim was raised by the appellant/complainant before the Forum, that has been granted. Beyond that, compensation amount of Rs.7,000/- and litigation expenses of Rs.5,500/- alkso stood granted.  Prayer is only for grant of interest. We feel that, no case is made out for the same. The appellant/complainant sufficiently stood compensated. 

                   In view of above, this appeal is dismissed with no orders as to costs.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
