Complainant and opposite party represented. Today case is posted for the evidence of the complainant when the case is come to consideration, it was notice that the case posted for the evidence of the complainant since 23-06-2022. Inspite of availing sufficient opportunity to adduce the evidence, the complainant failed to adduce evidence in support of his case. Hence it can be seen that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with the complaint. In the light of above discussion, we are of the opinion that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default. Hence the case is dismissed for default.
