Both the parties has filed a compromise petition.

Let it be kept with the record.

Complainant and the Ld. authorized Advocate on behalf of O.P.Nos-1 & 2 are present.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also present.

The case is taken up for hearing & order.

The complainant Wasim Ansari is examined in full and his cross examination is declined by O.P.No-1 and discharged.

Perused the compromise petition. It appears that both the parties have filed this compromise petition to dispose of the case in terms of compromise petition. The P.W.1 has deposed for himself.

The evidence of P.W.1 disclosed that the case has been ended in compromise out of the Commission in between the complainant and the O.Ps. No relief is claimed from O.P.No-3 by the complainant. As per evidence of P.W.1 the O.P.Nos-1 & 2 will pay Rs.79,021/- to the complainant as compensation. Both the parties has put their signatures on the compromise petition voluntarily and if the case is disposed of in terms and conditions of it the complainant have no other allegations. The compromise petition appears to be legal, valid, proper and accepted.
