| Final Order / Judgement | Case record is put up today as both the members of the forum was absent on 18/06/2019 attending an orientation training programme at IIPA,Delhi. It is seen that , both the parties amicably settled the case on 04/06/2019 and filed a joint petition vide no-405/19 for necessary order . It is also seen that , the opposite party side handed over a cheque bearing no-146000 dtd. 16/05/2019 for an amount of Rs. 43,900/- to the complainant . On being amicably settlement of the case by both the parties , the complaint is disposed of. | |
