Present:

For the Complainant:              Sh.Mandeep Singh, complainant in person alongwith Smt.Gurpreet Kaur Malke, Advocate.

For the Opposite Parties:                  Sh.Vishal Jain, Advocate.

Today, Sh.Vishal Jain, Advocate counsel for the Opposite Parties appeared and  states that the parties  have compromised the matter amicable and made the following statement before this District Commission.

“Stated that as per the instructions of the official of the company, the Opposite Parties agree to pay an amount of Rs.1,02,953/- as full and final settlement of the claim amount regarding policy No. 202520050419800027101000 from the period 13.12.2019 to 12.12.2020 i.e. regarding the present claim on ‘non standard basis’ within a one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order.”

On the other hand, Sh.Mandeep Singh complainant also heard the aforesaid statement and made the following statement before this District Commission.

“I have heard the aforesaid statement of ld.counsel for the Opposite Parties and agree to it.  As per the aforesaid statement, I withdraw the present complaint.

In view of the aforesaid statements of the parties recorded today separately, the  instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being  fully satisfied.  Both the parties will be bound with their statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
