                    Heard on the maintainability of the present complaint. The counsel for complainant made a statement that due to some technical defects, he wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving his right of fresh filing and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.
