On repeated calls none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also not available. It is now 3.00PM.

Perused the complaint and the record. It appears that no document has been filed by the complainant except the Xerox copy of certificate of registration and certificate cum policy schedule cum receipt of the vehicle. No copy of information of the complainant to the IC Raiganj Police Station as well as SP Raiganj and the copy of complaint regarding accident has been filed. Even the receipt of the repairing charge of the vehicle has not been filed.

Under the above facts and circumstances, we are to hold that the case could not be admitted.
