This case record is put up today in view of the put up petition filed by the parties of this case. Along with the said put up petition another application has been filed for withdrawing this case.

Over this issue heard both sides. Considered submission.

Perused the petition.

On close examination of the joint petition filed by the parties it appears that the complainants are intending to withdraw this case voluntarily and so this District Commission has no reason to stand on the way of disposal of this case by withdrawing this case.

In the result, the prayer of the complainant for withdrawing this case is allowed.

Let this case be disposed of as it is withdrawn.
