Authorized representative of complainant is present. Heard the arthorised representative of the complainant and perused the petition of complaint along with annexure. The said micro-oven was purchased on 27/11/2002. the complainant has filed the instant application as the key-board/power circuit board  of the machine is now out of order and that was informed to the o.p. in the year 2013. In the instant record there is no paper in respect of warranty and / or guarantee for the power circuit board..

Hence, question of deficiency on the part of the O.P. does not arise.

Ordered, the instant case is rejected.
