            Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2 filed today, which is taken on record.

2.         At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties.

3.         Sh. Naresh Kumar, Regional Service Manager and Authorised Representative of respondent No.2 very fairly stated that the Company will repair the mobile-set, in question, free of cost. The repair shall be affected within 15 days from today. He further states that the mobile-set will remain under warranty for a period of 15 days from the date when it is handed over to the appellant to know its workability.

4.         The above offer is accepted to the appellant who is appearing in person.

5.         In view of above compromise, arrived at between the parties, this appeal stands disposed of.

6.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

7.         File be consigned to the Record Room after completion.
