Today, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that due to some technical issues I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical issues and original documents may kindly be returned to the complainant.”

In view of Ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical issues, if any, as per law.  The original documents be returned to the complainant after retaining the Photostat copies of the same. Copy of order be issued to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
