Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise dated 26.05.2016 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP to repair the said LCD bearing Model No-(50PJ560R) free of cost within 30 days with warranty of one year, if repairable. The complainant is satisfy and wants to withdraw the case.    

This order shall be complied with by OP within a period 30 days Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
