An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 04.11.2022, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs. 5,000/- has been paid by the complainant to the OP in full and final settlement with regard to repair charges of said T.V. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be  consigned to the record room.
