                   Today the case was fixed for presence of DH. Court notice issued to DH through registered post on dated 29.01.2024. Track report placed on the record which reflects that item delivery was confirmed. Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of DH. It is already 3.30 PM. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present execution is hereby dismissed in default.
