Present complainants in person and Counsel for OP-1 i.e. LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. Complainants filed an application for withdrawal of the case on the ground that due to settlement outside the Forum, OP-1 has replaced the disputed product i.e. Washing Machine vide challan no. DR-AT6-200117112 dated 22.01.2020. Complainants further stated that they are fully satisfied and no other grievance is life.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
