COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:        None for the Complainant.

                     Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate, Counsel for OPs No. 1 and 4.                 

 

                     Today the case is fixed for filing documents and power of attorney by OPs No. 1 and 4. Ld. Counsel for OPs No. 1 and 4 filed power of attorney and by making a separate statement stated that the matter has been compromised between the parties and tendered copy of documents as Mark R-1 and Mark R-2, in this regard.

The Complainant, on 26.10.2020 by making a separate statement has stated that the matter had been compromised between the parties, and withdrew the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been compromised between the parties in view of the statement made by both the parties, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
