Case was taken up today as yesterday was declared holiday. Sh. Varinder Kumar, Owner M/s People Care Service Bathinda, Authorized Representatve of OP has made a statement that the company would replace the refrigerator of the complainant with a new refrigerator of same company within 30 days from today.

The complainant has made a statement that he has heard the statement of Sh. Varinder Kumar and withdraw this complaint as fully satisfied.

In view of the statment of the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties shall be remained bound by their statements. File be consigned to record.
