          Today Ld. counsel for the opposite party has made the following statement:-

“Stated that in goodwell gesture, the opposite parties are ready to replace the Refrigerator with new one of same make and same model to the complainant without any compensation within one month.”

          On this, the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have heard the ibid statement of the opposite parties and I am agreed with the offer made by the opposite parties and I will hand over the refrigerator in question after receiving the new refrigerator of the same make and model from the opposte parties and in view of this, I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and I withdraw the same.”

          In view of the ibid statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromise, however, the parties are directed to bound by their respective statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
