ORDER

     Sh.Arjun Grover, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OPs and stated that the matter has been settled between the parties. He has also filed a copy of settlement letter dated 15.05.2023 given by the complainant.

     E-mail regarding withdrawal of the complaint has been received from the complainant. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Satish Kumar, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and in view of the settlement, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the e-mail received from the complainant as well as statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
