     2.       LG Electronics India Private Limited, A24/6, Mohan Cooperative Industrial  Estate, Matura Road, New Delhi-110044, through its Authority Signatory.

     3.       Madaan Electronics, Opp. Norton Motors, Near Bank of India, Indira Chowk, Rai Market, Ambala Cantt. 133001, Haryana, India, through its Proprietor.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed in the Lok Adalat.  Learned counsel for the OPs No.1 and 2 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. Washing machine has already been replaced with new one and the warranty of six months of new washing machine has been extended from the date of replacement i.e 25.11.2022. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
